The test is fun, but strongly biased. I based my decisions basically on "don't kill people", "don't kill passengers", "don't kill people who cross on green", and nothing else. At the end of the test, it says I have a strong preference for saving people who are male, young, large, and lower class - when I didn't even look at these factors!
