I interviewed in Berlin last year and almost no one asked leetcode type questions. Some companies were even willing to give up take home projects if you asked them.
The alternative was to have system design and technical talks and it seems to work well. - imhoguy 5y agoHave you done upfront salary research before applying to these companies? I am so tired of lowball offers that I tell upfront my daily rate and it filters out 95% of inquiries from recruiters.
- adithyasrin 5y agoYeah I did, it's a little tricky because the information available is usually stale. You can ask the recruiters directly on the initial call.
