  I have plenty more like it. This isn't an exclusively software dev problem either. It is just that you can't get away with asking for everything when hiring devs.

    Finance roles - programming experience required preferably c++. Draw out recruiting because feel that the experience the candidate had wasnt super top notch. Day one; here is an excel spreadsheet - type in the new numbers every day please.
