Every once in a while an article pops up on the progress we’re making with fusion. It looks like we’re taking small steps but it continues to be elusive. In this particular achievement - “ The team was able to extract a maximum yield of 170 kilojoules from the fusion reaction, which is equivalent to about nine 9-volt batteries.” I’m amazed they start small and will eventually scale to power mega cities.
