Pfizer is planning to release an "Omicron + previous variants" version of their vaccine in March. I guess even with the accelerated approval scheme it takes some time. Then we will wait for the manufacturing. There is also the "what will happen to the previous batches" question as no one will be willing to get the old vaccine.
