How is this any more noteworthy than California schools banning To Kill a Mockingbird and Huckleberry Finn for containing racial slurs?
- ixtli 5y agoI’m not sure I agree with that action, though I’ve never heard of it, but your question appears to conflate holocaust education with uncritical deployment of racial slurs. That seems very bad.
- umvi 5y agoIf racist language in a book about racism is "uncritical deployment", couldn't female nudity in a graphic novel about the holocaust also be "uncritical deployment"?
