Is this really that amazing? It seems like Tesla just put some high end HEPA filters in their car. I assume any manufacturer could do that without much trouble?

Is this really that amazing? It seems like Tesla just put some high end HEPA filters in their car. I assume any manufacturer could do that without much trouble?
Edit: I'm a huge HEPA fan and have 3 of the 99.99% filters running in my house right now in addition to a really nice filter for the central AC. So this is nice and would be good for combatting smog.

- 7thaccount 5y agoThe HEPA filter I use is good enough for an entire room and pretty small. I'd guess it's only 2x the volume of the one in my car. Assuming the engine or batteries don't completely fill the engine bay, I think it shouldn't be too challenging for a big manufacturer.
