The terms are not clearly stated, the explicit LICENSE document https://github.com/floatinghotpot/cordova-admob-pro/blob/master/LICENSE https://github.com/floatinghotpot/cordova-admob-pro/blob/mas... offers a standard MIT license, unlike the wiki description.
