We are seeing a boom as cloud and data spend is going up as internal IT struggles to go without it, which in turn makes a virtuous cycle for even more. Likewise, once you start doing things like GPUs for graph neural nets and visualization, it's like highspeed internet: our users don't want to go back. For folks doing real things with data, it's been busy times. My issue is more like "we and our F500 users are asking for more GPUs than azure can supply", vs job loss and stagnation.
