I remember seeing this at the time, and trying to lick a cartridge. No effect, tastes like nothing to me. This is because I am a non-taster. I have notoriously blunt taste amongst my loved ones, sometimes they won't even waste good wine on me, ha! Another example of not tasting bitter: I am rather fond of Jeppson's Malort, a meme liquor popular in Chicago for its extremely bitter taste. Personally, I think it tastes bad, but do not have the same reaction as many other people.
