Who is trying to hold nature in balance? Even the right to terminate a pregnancy can be seen as a Chesterson’s fence that is looking to be torn down. The former leader of the “conservative” party was infamous for steamrolling norms. I’m not a progressive personally, but I think this is an unfair description of them. Too broad a brush.
