I have been a happy paying customer of Zoho for years now. I know they have data servers in the US and other countries. Apparently they base their data center location on your IP address. I assume that the decision is made during account creation, but you would have to ask their support for clarification. In my experience they will actually find the answer and respond to you with human support.
