There will be a conflicf of interest between Nvidia a consumer of ARM and Nvidia provider of IP to competitors (Samsung, Qualcom, Apple, AMD). Nvidia should play ball (or somehow the regulators should nudge them to play ball ) and invite all big ARM customers to form a co-op.
