LEEP (https://leadelimination.org https://leadelimination.org) is a very promising early stage non-profit working on this problem.
They’re currently working in Malawi, Pakistan, Liberia + I think a couple of other countries, and expanding this year.
If they're successful then their work will be more impactful (per dollar spent) than even the top GiveWell recommended charities.
