Perhaps I worded it incorrectly. Sure, they might have a moral responsibility, but that doesn't mean they'll always tell the truth, and more importantly, you should not trust them to tell you the truth. You have to look out for yourself as much as possible.
- kstrauser 5y agoAlright, I can go along with that. It's others' responsibility to tell you the truth, but yours to verify it.
