(yeah, the estimates vary drastically between govts. It was a crawl for the last 10 years, but has picked up in 2021) China and Mexico also suffer a bit, but it is not as bad. Every other country has zero waititimes, so it takes about 3 years to get the rest of the red rape out of the way.
