I have some n=1 feedback, IDK if it's any good or useful. In short, I tried to go through the steps but it was too much work and felt a little pointless. I only made it to the second step (rating the nootropics/things tried already).
Basically, I have tried so many different things that I have too many ratings to fill out on the second step.
Second, perhaps more importantly (because, I'm just lazy and other people will fill the stuff out), how can I rate my experience with stuff? As you know, a lot of the effects of this stuff can be subtle. I cannot rate my experiences with Alpha GPC, Inositol, or probiotics on a scale of 1-10. Sure, I can do that for piracetam, and a couple other things, but certainly not the softer supplements. Similar issue exists for rating "meditation", but here, I think the issue is more: even if I rated my experience with meditation a 7, what would that tell you? You don't know what kind of meditation I tried, how long I did it for each day, etc. And the "issue" list under it is the same as for substances, which doesn't make sense.
I would say I am generally in the ambit of users you're targeting, but I am not a "power user" or deeply interested in biohacking. As it stands, I take too many pills for shit, and I need to cut all that down and eliminate most of them, both for health and financial reasons. Personally, when it comes to looking for new stuff, I would rather start with my problem (e.g., falling asleep) and go from there. My current approach is to Google, e.g., "nootropics for sleep reddit" or "hangover cure nootropics reddit". Some source of info, maybe one that aggregates from multiple sources and curates the material, to replace that would be useful.

No link, but you got me curious. Can you share the name of the startup? >Basically, I have tried so many different things that I have too many ratings to fill out on the second step. You can try filling only the ones for which you had a unusual response, it should give you interesting results! >how can I rate my experience with stuff? It's always hard to rate something complex in one dimension, but as you said it can already be a pain :) The scale is supposed to be your confidence that the substance had a positive effect (zero meaning no or negative effect).
