- crmd 5y agoThe basis for the temporary restraining order was irreparable harm. The judge could not force the defendants to work at at Theta (13th Amendment - prohibition of involuntary servitude). As predicted, the judge declined to convert the TRO into a permanent injunction, but the (meritless, IMO) lawsuit can continue.
