But once your product sticks, you will suddenly need to explain to your customer where your dev, test, acc, staging environments are. How redundant they are. How they are separated. How you assure a million other identity, logging etc. requirements. And yes, you will need identity mgmt then. And — who would have thought— AWS e.a. gives you that. Congrats, you now need the cloud!
