I most probably is worth 10% But I am of the opinion that if google thinks the job is worth what they are currently paying, then that's what it's worth, but the arguments used here are terrible? I don't think any company pays commute time, and not doing 4hours commute doesn't mean google should get an extra 4 hours work a day out of the employee
