I do some custom filters for blocking useless elements on websites (paywall popups, long-footers, useless notifications, copyright statements etc, useless images on news websites) mainly using the uBlock picker. I feel like the best way to handle "small tweaks" would be to group them by target website, and use "Cleanup Google search result pages" as an example.
