Depending on your region and country, you might want to look where Apple sources their map data from (eg: OpenStreetMaps) and remove the details at the source.

Depending on your region and country, you might want to look where Apple sources their map data from (eg: OpenStreetMaps) and remove the details at the source.
Not sure if this is the best way to go, but hope it helps.
