And yet pulling up recent orders takes a decent amount of time, individual items take a lot longer, and don't get me started on 2 day shipping taking 3-5 days after it "ships" the vast majority of this spent in Amazon logistics before hitting USPS / UPS
- bradknowles 5y agoI’m sure they know. They have a boatload of customer-oriented metrics that they track on a daily basis. And I’m sure there are multiple simultaneous projects going on to address various parts of that delay. But you and I are just two customers out of the hundreds of millions that I presume they serve on a daily basis, and they can only work on their average, median, P90, P99, and P99.99 results.
