Is this significantly different from other car dealerships? Are people surprised? My thought is "no" and "also no," but I have always had fairly cheap, functional cars so I can't really compare. At the very least "prioritizing growth over retention" is textbook "tech darling" behavior, so this surprises me not at all. Am I alone?
