- nopenopenopeno 5y agoI don’t feel sorry for any companies that claim they are having a hard time finding people to hire. They need to start hiring people who need training/apprenticing and then train/apprentice them. It’s not exactly a new concept and it’s not like workers ever asked for the ridiculous application process circus we’ve arrived at over the past few decades. That’s on the companies.
- killingtime74 5y agoAt my big tech company we hire interns and fresh graduates. Isn’t that training/apprenticeship?
- nopenopenopeno 5y agoIs your company also complaining about not being able to find people to hire? Because they could always just hire more fresh graduates. There are a lot of them.
