I moved my 5 domains, 3 user setup with around 50K emails to Migadu.com after Google Workspace deprecation in the last 2 days.
Cheap ($20 a year, free trial), lots of features, decent webmail interface and has no problem sending to/from Google servers and a few other email services I've tested with so far.
I used imapsync (free/OSS) to move the emails.

I also transfered to Migadu today (before I saw your comment) and was just looking for a tool to transfer the e-mails to an old free Gmail account. It's really a scandal that Google doesn't enable this in the Workspace migration wizard. You also have to enable access to less secure apps on Gmail to be able to use imapsync.
