I've been with Singlehop since they started, and I have had no complaints whatsoever! I always see them as a great little startup run by friendly and innovative people who worked honestly very hard to get their business to the current level. I find it hard to believe that they did this intentionally - it would be too easy to get caught. It is really disappointing to see such harsh criticism - can I ask if the author of the article checked with Singlehop first before making such an outlandish accusation? Edit: Fine, down-vote this all you like, but my comment still stands.
