- drcube 15y agoGNU gcc? Or did you mean to say "mobile" when you wrote "modern"?
- leviathant 15y agoIIRC, if you have the .NET Framework on a Windows computer, you've got a command-line C# compiler, csc.exe, usually located in in C:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\vWhatever
