I hope this gets rapidly overturned/reviewed. I don't understand how one company can be granted an injunction against another for hiring people who have left

I hope this gets rapidly overturned/reviewed. I don't understand how one company can be granted an injunction against another for hiring people who have left that company (based on the claim that it would hurt the previous company). I liken it to being able to sue your competitor for buying the last widget in the open market that you also needed to manufacture your product. In what way is that an enjoin-able action? But maybe my legal understanding is poor.
