These two problems (Windows and Office) are already solved - at least for a part of the population. On the other hand, avoiding Google completely is practically impossible.
- zelphirkalt 5y agoDon't know about that. I personally do not use any Google services. I don't find it that hard to leave behind.
- dvfjsdhgfv 5y agoMany people think in this way, whereas in fact they are being profiled by Google's services all the time - whenever they send a message to their colleagues via Google, when they visit a website using GA, when someone texts them from an Android phone etc.
- zelphirkalt 5y agoWell, I don't do these things and am just fine without them. Aside from that, those are 2 different things: Google inserting itself everywhere to spy on people and people requiring Google's (dis)services. If a person does not make use of Google services, then it can be argued, that they do not need or require Google services, even, if Google decides to spy on them. Being spied upon does not provide the person with any service and as such, they do not rely on it at all.
