Well if they'd bother to read then they'd know they lose neither their purchases or SSO.
- gamblor956 5y agoNo, the problem is that the Google Docs say one thing (that purchases will not be lost) and people who have actually relied on the support documentation have found it not to match realty (i.e,. purchases were lost).
