why? ive cashed out many US class actions as an aussie.
- ggm 5y agoAlways assumed there's a cost side risk for low return. This may be different, the inconvenience here is high. Also in OZ
- oh_sigh 5y agoThe only cost (AIUI - IANAL) is that if you join the class action, you waive your right to sue them for the same thing at a later date as an individual or as part of another class action lawsuit.
