- peteradio 5y agoI'm curious about the wider explanation, this article seems to indicate the Judge found the Supreme Court ruling indicative of the President's power, but the recent ruling was split based on Medical workers/Private enterprise. Why are federal workers presumed to be protected from pen stroke mandates while medical workers are not?
