I’m in CA, which doesn’t have a tipped minimum wage loophole, and the tipping culture keeps increasing what’s an expected tip, and more and more places expect you to tip, so it seems like it’s never going away. Just upwards. But also, it’s not just restaurant owners that like it. A lot of tipped workers make out really well with tips and prefer it that way.
