IMHO its the time, that is more important. I also had big plans to build up a potential unicorn (LOL!). We're two. The other one did the programming investing a lot of his health & time. The essence, as we both are in need to earn the monthly money for paying the living - there is not enough time to concentrate on the project and thus, it get slowed down and may be end at some point. There is one saying "never start something up if you dont have the time to be able to work up to 100% on your baby" (I admitt, I just invented it) so, the time is much more important from my point of view. I hope to see some arguments against my theory :)
