Some of these seat boundaries just seem ludicrous. So, a serious question asked with best intentions and in good faith: is there any kind of rational justification for this kind of thing? Am I missing something about geography or demographics that would make me say “Aha! I hadn't realised that. It all makes sense now!” Any help or guidance on how to understand this would be much appreciated!
