Considering the Phantom 4 can only carry about 300g of stuff for about 12 minutes, is it worth it? You can only launch and deploy very light materials, and I'm no expert on bombs, but I thought you'd need more than 300 grams of explosives.
Very interesting use of the Phantom tho, just wait until they get their hands on a DJI FPV that flies at 140km/h...
- giuliomagnifico 5y agoIn this kind of wars (civil wars), unfortunately everything that can damage your enemy is worth. I were in Mosul and Iraq during the fight against ISIS and the Iraqi army was using every to fight, also Google Maps and stupid drones (~100$) to watch the territories (houses) from above to spot the snipers
