I am pretty resistant to sleeping pills, I did find Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) around 50mg to work very well for me. Not the best solution, but getting 4 hours

I am pretty resistant to sleeping pills, I did find Benadryl (Diphenhydramine) around 50mg to work very well for me. Not the best solution, but getting 4 hours of sleep is definitely worse, I've been there quite a few times.
- tomcam 5y agoThanks! Tried it but it just made me sleepy but not able actually to sleep. I very much appreciate the thought.
