- ggrrhh_ta 5y agoMaybe referring to the fact that Spain cannot afford spending money on its cultural heritage after having bailed out the banks with between 40 and 100 billion euros (or if those figures (from Wikipedia) are still too controversial, let's say at least a couple of billions only).
