I know the feeling well of testing something like a full redeploy and seeing no improvement…easy to lose hope at that point. 70+ hours of a full outage, multiple failed attempts to restore, has got to result in a few grey hairs worth of stress. Well done to all the sre, frontline, support engineers, devs, and whoever else rolled up their sleeves and got after it. The lessons learned here could only have been learned in an infra this big.
