How is this legal? What kind of twisted legal logic is used to justify this?
How does contract law work if you can sign a contract preventing other contracts from being signed?
- danssig 15y agoExactly. To be honest I've always just assumed these clauses were invalid and signed them. It isn't logical that one can sign away their rights beyond their employment.
