The saline solution is basically very harsh to bacteria and other microbes. Besides that, UV cleaning is typically used on those kind of floating tanks.

- causalmodels 5y agoAt something like 6 lbs (2.7kg) per gallon (3.78541 liters) I'm not sure normal microbes can survive.
- whoomp12342 5y agoits not the normal microbes I am concerned about... its the invasive cockroach data dog type microbes that worry me
