The app is free to download and you can try a bunch of the free workouts (?) no questions asked. Is that not enough of a trial?

  No, because none of the free workouts are workouts I am interested in. Just my 2 cents.

    You can try the free workouts and then pay for the ones you're interested in. It's $5/month. We've found this works well and lets us get everyone some routines at least.
