I think advising infection over vaccination to immune naive person is not what should be done, I bet we agree there. Is that your main concern, that this will be twisted to advise immune naive people away from vaccine? I really just don't see the problem with the comparison because people with vaccine have better rights than those with prior infection and yet here we see its meritless to accuse these people of not pulling their weight (reducing spread and staying out of hospital). Interestingly there is a comparison of recovered to recovered+vaxxed and the additon of vaxxed really doesn't seem to be improving these important metrics meaningfully. Whether someone may or may not have long covid should have no bearing on their rights.
