What have the other countries done differently?
- DoingIsLearning 5y agoTheir equivalent FCC bodies limited the power gain on the antennas and made them have slanted downward facing beams. The better question to ask is why is the FCC selling spectrum that is actually already in use by aeronautical instruments? Narrator: the answer $$$
