If anyone thinks people in Davis are for the common people and reducing their wealth difference with the elites, they are delusional. This group exists for one and one reason alone. That is to maintain the hegemony.
- benreesman 5y agoPerhaps the hegemony includes people smart enough and well-versed in history enough to understand that wealth inequality is rapidly becoming the greatest threat to the stability of the system that serves them so well. You can’t spend money with your neck in a guillotine.
