Doesn't the CLOUD Act state that companies operating under US jurisdiction are legally required to hand over data outside US borders if the US Government was to ask for it?

- xNeil 5y agoThere does, however, seem to be a section in which an order may be challenged in case the CLOUD Act conflicted with local laws.
