Possibly, if it were being distributed via the App Store, but this is not. Instead, it is aimed only (at the moment) at paid up iPhone devs who can build and install it on their own hardware without approval from Apple. I'm interested in how they're going to make the Squeak UI usable on such a small screen. Guess I'll have to try it :)
