I was wondering about this too. Setting aside DNS over HTTPS, I can't see it either. Will every router in the EU do L4 switching to rewrite traffic to port 53?

Will every router in the EU do L4 switching to rewrite traffic to port 53?
Assuming it can even be pulled off, I can only see if failing badly.
