The occupancy rates in London even now are awful. Drive past during a workday on a bypass and see empty office floors that were once all occupied.
Heck in West London the biggest office complex has 20-30% occupancy rates if that. The office at least as recent has been dead.
- bidirectional 5y agoOh yeah occupancy is not great, but a rollback to plan A will make little difference. Most firms are still operating an optional return to office policy and very few changed that as a result of the switch to plan B.
